I’m Dr. Chelsea Rothschild, a Nashville native and nationally respected licensed Clinical Health Psychologist with over two decades of experience advancing integrated, trauma-informed care across the nation. My work is grounded in the belief that real healing happens where science meets soul—where evidence-based psychology, physiological coherence, and authentic human connection unite. I specialize in health coaching for individuals and organizations, guiding them from overwhelm to alignment by restoring balance in the mind, body, and heart. Drawing on 20+ years of experience within the Department of Veterans Affairs, I bring a deep understanding of stress, trauma, and resilience—skills I now extend through my private practice, Heart Connected Healing. Here, clinical expertise meets compassion and clarity, offering psychotherapy tailored to each client's unique needs. My approach blends evidence-based therapy, HeartMath coaching, and wellness services to help clients regulate stress, rebuild resilience, and thrive—both personally and professionally.
